Product Registration

Registration of Product and Redemption Guidelines:

1. All registrations of product warranty require an email address and are to be filled in on our site.

In the case where a gift is being bought for someone else, the consumer can opt to have a mail out product warranty registration card sent to them. Only one mail out will be issued, per product.

2. JUST LED US Inc will issue a confirmation email of the extended warranty for each consumer and serial for first purchaser.

3. All consumer concerns regarding purchases made from JUST LED US Inc. are to be handled by JUST LED US Inc. Do not inquire with manufacturer as the JUST LED US Inc. Extended Warranty is subject to be upheld by JUST LED US Inc. only.

4. If at any time within ninety (90) days after receipt of your unit you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may get a full refund of your purchase price by contacting Customer Service. However we do see good faith and reason to make a return to ‘upgrade’ or ‘downgrade’ and it is acceptable that this is a reason of return. JUST LED US Inc. reminds our customers that it is not acceptable to simply buy said items and return them within the 90 days in a repetitive manner. Therefore we reserve the right to deny terms of sale if customer has multiple attempts for return of sale.

5. There are no warranties, expresses or implied, which extend beyond the description contained herein. This program in no ways expands or enhances the applicable Limited Warranty or the JUST LED US Inc., extended warranty.

6. Customer is solely responsible for shipping container for returns. We suggest keeping your original packaging (customized foam) to safeguard any further damage! We further suggest that the consumer purchase insurance for the shipping of the package.

7. Customers original unit will be repaired and shipped out in a timely manner; if unit is heavily damaged delays may occur. JUST LED US Inc. representative will notify consumer of any unexpected delays.

8. Product details and pricing subject to change without notice.

9. Programs may vary by Country.

10. Prices may differ by country due to currency conversion.

11. Only authorized company technicians may perform service and support to company products. All services performed by unauthorized technicians will void JUST LED US Inc. Extended Warranty.

12. Additional Information may be required at the time of service request.

13. JUST LED US Inc. is not responsible for any damages incurred during transit of returns.

Not Covered in the Warranty/ Limitation of Liability:

1. Physical damage and user misuse and/or abuse are not considered manufacturers defect.

2. Malicious damage and Natural Disasters are not considered to be covered by the ‘Limited Warranty’ or the JUST LED US Inc. Extended Warranty’. Ex: Floods, Fires, Electrical Power line surges, Tornado's, Avalanche, Meteor Shower, etc.
