Unfortunate breakdowns do occur with technology and in such cases JUST LED US Inc. places excellence at the forefront of service.  For customer service please contact.

Customers original unit will be repaired and shipped out in a timely manner; if unit is heavily damaged, delays may occur.  JUST LED US Inc. or JUST LED US Inc. qualified representative will notify consumer of any unexpected delays.

It is understood that you have built rapport with your sales representative  and you may desire to keep your personal relationship with them healthy.  Surely, such a trust will flourish and thus exclusivity will drive your relationship directly.

JUST LED US Inc. will send parts to the nearest participating store that may be carrying our brand. Additional Information may be required at the time of service request.

Your Sales representative may have qualified themselves in earning a certificate for technical services, if they have completed certification you may ask them to fix your lamp for you in your home.  JUST LED US Inc. reserves the right to qualify the representative and only qualified representatives may participate in giving such as service, no exceptions. Safety comes first.

Clientèle may opt to have their personal sales representative receive the order or the parts on their behalf for instances of availability to receive a shipment or where anonymity is an issue. You and your Sales representative must sign a form indicating that you wish to have these alternate arrangements made and send them into customer service via the form below. The representative must sign for the delivery as well, no exceptions.

Only authorized company technicians may perform service and support to company products. JUST LED US Inc. will send the parts to the client directly but there are no refunds on parts.  All services performed by unauthorized technicians will void JUST LED US Inc. Extended Warranty.

JUST LED US Inc. is not responsible for third party service to the units.
