Renewal of Agreement and Termination
The renewal of this agreement shall commence on the date hereof, and terminate on December 31st of this year but shall be automatically renewed under the same terms for successive one calendar year, unless either party notifies the other party to the contrary, at least 15 days prior to the particular term, or otherwise terminates this agreement in accordance with this paragraph. This agreement may be terminated at any time by the sales representative by sending 15 days notice to the company. This agreement may be terminated at any time by the company by sending 15 days written notice to the sales representative, or without notice to the employee of the company, for mishandling of the company’s money, customer’s personal information, or falsifying information. This agreement automatically renews unless the sales representative fails to submit to endorsing the company’s products within a year of her/his last previously submitted and accepted order for which they were compensated for.
Notices: All notices, requests, demands, and other communication hereunder or with respect hereto, shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given upon being delivered, or, if mailed (postage paid), or emailed shall be deemed to have given six (6) days after such mailing, one (1) day after such emailing as follows:
(a) If to the Sales representative to the address set out above.
(b) if to JUST LED US Inc. to the address, email set out below. This agreement shall also be construed in accordance with the laws in the province of Ontario.
The company hereby agrees to the terms and conditions as typed above. The company reserves the right to amend or revise the terms of this agreement upon 30 days written notice.
