I hereby release JUST LED US Inc the right to use my (up to date) personal picture, name and social media platforms which I plan to use for sales information, on their website to confirm my identity as a sales representative on the contact page for geo-tagging. I understand that this is the nature in which customers/clients will be able to confirm my authenticity as a sales representative and also a means of compensation according to the Terms of Straight Commission for my endorsements of products. I further am under the understanding that I will be paid according to the set ‘Rates of Commission’ as set forth within the Direct Sales & Social Media Rules and Regulations Agreement.

I ‘give permissions’ to JUST LED US Inc to use the information which I post with regards to content that I am engaged with for business activities regarding my sales position.
I agree with the Copyright and Moral Rights Waiver and hereby acknowledge that by agreeing to the Release of Information & Photo that all agreements are binding.
I am solely responsible for all content that I post on my Social Media outlets, Blogs or Website. JUST LED US Inc may review and ask me to remove any content that it deems to be offensive, or illegal, in its discretion.
By posting content on a my Social Media outlets, Blogs or Website I grant, and represent that I have necessary rights to grant, JUST LED US Inc a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty free, sub-licensable right to (i) organize, reproduce, display and otherwise exercise the copyright, publicity and any database rights I have in the content I post on the social media outlets, blogs or website; and (ii) reproduce, transmit, publicly display and/or distribute my content as part of your Direct Sales and Social Media Rules and Regulations Agreement. I agree that no content submitted by me via my Social Media outlets, Blogs or Website will violate or infringe the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights, or contain libellous, defamatory or otherwise unlawful material. I acknowledge and agree that JUST LED US Inc may preserve my content and disclose my content in accordance to the Employee Privacy Policy in circumstances where infringement may be an issue.
I agree that I will not use my Social Media outlets, Blogs or Website in any unlawful manner or in any other manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair JUST LED US Inc, any of its Affiliates, Charities or other fellow Social Media/Direct Sellers.
Content-Copyright and Moral Rights Waiver
If requested by JUST LED US Inc, I agree to provide any information or materials relating to content I create for my Social Media outlets, Blogs or Website for the purpose of verifying my compliance with this agreement.
I agree to grant to JUST LED US Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license, with the right to sublicense, to reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works of, publicly display and publicly perform any materials and other information (including, without limitation, ideas contained therein for new or improved products or services) you submit to public areas such as social media networks and sites and that of the this site (such as bulletin boards, forums, chat rooms, and product review testimonials) by all means and in any media now known or hereafter developed. You agree that you shall have no recourse against JUST LED US Inc. for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary right in your communication to us.
I further understand that I will be credited for these works.
