Refurbished Product Warranty

Refurbished JUST LED US products are clean, fully functional models that have been returned for a variety of reasons. A refurbished model could be a system that was returned because a customer changed their mind, a newer model took its place due to upgrade, a cancelled order, opened box, cosmetic blemish, or simply because the packaging was worn from shipping.

What you won’t find is distressed equipment that has been in use over an extended period of time.

Our refurbished units hold a 30 day money back Guarantee. If you are not delighted with your unit please send it back with the original box & contents and we will issue you a full refund.

Refurbished units hold a 1 year limited Warranty. If at any time during this time period we find that part(s) are not functioning due to mechanical breakdown, we will correct the problem for the customer and there will be no cost incurred for the service.

Limited Warranty for the refurbished unit covers defects in material or workmanship in the purchased product. JUST LED US Inc. will replace at no charge for parts only or, at its option, replace any product or part of the product that proves defective because of improper workmanship and/or material, under normal installation, use, service and maintenance. All repairs and maintenance concerns are subject to be made in Canada.

*Only JUST LED US Inc. administration office and website will be handling the Refurbished units at this time.

*Refurbished units are subject to availability.

*Units that are sold as ‘Refurbished’ will hold a 1 year basic limited warranty.

*The basic 1 year Warranty will be promoted and upheld by JUST LED US Inc.
